Prices stated are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for Indonesia and US Dollar (USD) for
international.

We accept Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, and Paypal.

You are only eligible for exchanges/refunds if the goods that you receive are incorrect
or damaged. Send the goods back to us completely unused and put it inside its
original packaging. For complete instructions, send an email to us at
info@floraisonglobal.com and make sure to include pictures for inspections.

All orders will be shipped using Indonesian Postal Service.

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated during checkout.
